Eligibility |
|
a. |
Indianapolis Overnight Stay promotion is open to all legal U.S Residents except full or part-time employees, officers, and directors of the NCAA, its affiliated organizations, companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of any of the above are not eligible to participate. |

b. |
No purchase is necessary to register and/or win. |
|
c. |
The contest runs February 1, 2010 through March 7, 2010. Deadline to enter is March 7, 2010. |
|
d. |
A total of two packages will be awarded – one to a randomly selected winner amongst those entrants who registered as sympathizing with Indiana University and one to a randomly selected winner amongst those entrants who registered as sympathizing with Purdue University. |

e. |
Limit one prize per person. |

2. |
The Prizes |
|
a. |
Each of the two prizes consists of a one night stay at a hotel provided by Learfield, four adult tickets to the NCAA Hall of Champions, and a $100 restaurant gift certificate provided by Learfield. Approximate prize value of $280.00. |
|
b. |
Prize consists of those items specifically listed herein. |
|
c. |
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and registered for the particular university. |

3. |
Prize Conditions |
|
a. |
Prize awarded is non-transferable; no prize substitution allowed unless specified by the NCAA. The NCAA reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the NCAA to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation. |

b. |
By accepting prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless NCAA, its promotional partners and their respective directors, officer, employees and assigns, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance/use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the NCAA. |

4. |
Claiming the Prize |
|
a. |
The winner will be notified by March 8, 2010 via phone or email. If winner does not respond by the close of day another name will be drawn. This process will continue until a winner is selected. |

5. |
Other Terms and Conditions |
|
a. |
The NCAA shall not be held liable in the event of any problems during the promotion, execution, or collection of prize. |
|
b. |
NCAA shall not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, or entries not received by entry deadline. |
|
c. |
All materials submitted become the property of the NCAA and will not be returned. |
|
d. |
The NCAA shall not be held liable in the event of any personal injury or property damage after prize has been accepted. |
|
e. |
All decisions made by NCAA management are final. |
|
f. |
All rules are subject to change at any time with or without prior notice. |
|
g. |
Contest can be terminated by the NCAA at any time without prior notice. |
|
h. |
The NCAA shall have the sole right to interpret the rules. |
|
i. |
The NCAA interpretation of the rules shall be final and binding upon all participants. |
|
j. |
Failure to abide by these rules may result in disqualification. |
